LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
The area is rich in interest and things to do, whether it be a visit to a castle, country house, museum, cathedral, historic church, cheese maker, gardens or a walk in this relatively untouched rural landscape.
Further afield, the Welsh mountains are easily accessible and the small but lovely town of Hay-on-Wye, noted for its bookshops and world-famous festival in May.
Gastronomic pleasures are well catered for too, from high quality local produce to the finished meal in a Michelin starred restaurant - all reasonably priced.
Chris and Ruth provide information in guest rooms and are always happy to offer advice and guidance about places to visit.
